• Email engagement data (opens, clicks) used to send relevant content and to measure campaign performance.

Your email address appeared in a third-party job-seeker database listing people actively seeking employment. We are sending you a one-time permission request. We will only continue to email you if you give explicit consent by clicking the confirmation link. If you do not confirm, we suppress your address and do not contact you again.

To send you marketing and educational emails about resume building, ATS scoring, job-search tips, and Resumere AI products — only after you opt in.

Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, we rely on your free, specific, informed, unambiguous consent, given by a clear affirmative action (clicking “Yes, send me free tips”). We keep a record of your consent (timestamp and source).

You can at any time:

• Withdraw consent / unsubscribe — one click in any email footer. Withdrawal is as easy as giving consent, and stops all marketing email.
• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate data.
• Erase your data — request deletion at privacy@resumere.in.
• Grievance redressal — contact privacy@resumere.in; we respond within 30 days.

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers who help us send email (our email service provider) under contract, for this purpose only.

We keep your data while you remain subscribed. If you unsubscribe, we retain a minimal suppression record (your email + opt-out flag) solely to ensure we never email you again.
